The Independence Day celebrated on December 16 is the national holiday. Exactly on this day - December 16, 1991 - the Kazakhstan president Nursultan Nazarbayev had signed the law "On the state independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan". The administration of the institute congrtulates the staff with this holiday!
The president of the Republic of Kazakhstan has signed an executive order for awarding 39 Kazakh researchers with the al-Farabi prize in science and technologies. Among the recipients of the prize there are members of Fesenkov Astrophysical Institute and of the National Center of Space Research and Technologies.
The KAZCOSMOS delegation headed by Talgat Musabayev, the chair of the Aerospace Committee of Kazakhstan, has visited Bali, Indonesia, and participated in the 22nd Session of the Asia-Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum (APRSAF-22), discussing the interactions in space activities.
